Installed a new 32gb SD card,but I can't get my updates to store on it. I need to update BMW,Nissan and others but I keep getting the error that internal storage is full. Recognizes that there is 32gb SD card installed but I can't figure out how to change from internal storage to SD card so I can do my updates. Internally I still have 6gb but even then I still can't install the 5gb file that is BMW. Contacted tech support via email and was told to erase files I done use,which I did but still am unavailable to do any updates. I cleared the garbage and rebooted my maxisys elite and still nothing. What do I need to do to resolve this issue???!!!!!
